Do you get more nose bleeds in the winter?

Nosebleeds are more common in the colder months because the lining of your nose becomes cracked and dry, which exposes blood vessels that are normally covered. Here are some tips to fight the cold, dry air from damaging your nose:

🩸 Apply Ayr nasal gel or un-petroleum jelly around your nostrils to help moisturize the air that you breath.

🩸Use a saline spray multiple times a day.

🩸Sleep with a humidifier next to your bed.
